We make stuff worth wearing. If something went wrong β wrong item, wrong print, arrived damaged β that's on us, and we'll fix it. No drama.
Refund unlocked when:
- You got the wrong item β that's our mess, not yours.
- Your gear arrived damaged or defective β unacceptable. We'll handle it.
The rules Submit your request within 30 days of your order date. After that, the window closes β so don't sleep on it. Hit us at support@newachievement.coΒ with your order number and a quick description of what went sideways. That's it.
Keep your gear alive longer Your chaos badge deserves to last. Follow the care instructions that came with your order β cold wash, inside out, no tumble dry. Treat it right and it'll hold up through whatever life throws next.
